A will is not a difficult document to prepare. Having one spares your family expense, tax and a good deal of uncertainty at the moment they can least manage it.

A new business relationship can be a minefield, and Mark has seen plenty of ventures that were not thought through. Legal advice is worth far more before the agreement than after it.
About Mark
In Bolton Since It Was A Village
Mark studied mathematics at the University of Waterloo and law at Osgoode Hall, and was called to the bar in 1977. He spent a short time in Burlington on civil and criminal litigation, then came to Bolton to open an office of his own.
That was November 1978, when downtown Bolton was still a small village.
